SJ Berwin - General - The Puma Property (DD) Fund

SJ Berwin advised investment bankers, Shore Capital, and merchant banking and property specialist, Dawnay Day, on the launch of The Puma Property (DD) Fund to raise up to £100 million. The Fund will invest in UK commercial investment property and is being established as an offshore limited partnership. Shore Capital are the sponsors of the Fund, and Dawnay Day are the investment managers.

The SJ Berwin team was led by corporate partners Jonathan Metliss, Michael Goldberg and Mark Mifsud.
