ISIS Property - Retail Letting - Crawley, County Mall

ISIS Property, on behalf of Friends Provident Life & Pensions Ltd, has secured Monsoon for County Mall, its 41,800 sq m (450,000 sq ft) shopping centre in Crawley town centre. The high-end fashion retailer will take a total of 325 sq m (3,500 sq ft) for its Monsoon and Accessorize stores on a 10-year lease at a rent of £140,000 per annum plus a proportion of turnover and is scheduled to open for Christmas trading this year.

In addition to Monsoon, other new tenants secured by letting agent Churston Heard include:
* Past Times, which has taken 143 sq m (1,534 sq ft) for one of its first new fit outs on a 10 year lease at £67,000 per annum. Past Times represented itself.
* Horsham Sound & Vision t/a Shop@Panasonic which has taken 156 sq m (1,275 sq ft on a 10 year lease @ £62,500 per annum. Brian Craddick & Co represented Shop@Panasonic.
* The Perfume Shop which has taken 68 sq m (737 sq ft) on a 10 year lease at £51,700 per annum. This deal continues the improvement in the Martlets Mall, following lettings to Claire’s Accessories and Mobile Style earlier this year.
