ISIS Property - Retail Letting - Colchester, Lion Walk

ISIS Property has secured HMV for its Lion Walk Shopping Centre in Colchester: the music retailer has taken a total of 827 sq m (8,900 sq ft) on a 15 year lease at £335,000 pa for its first outlet in the town.

Lion Walk Shopping Centre extends to 9,509 sq m (210,000 sq ft) in Colchester town centre. Anchor tenants at the centre include Marks & Spencer, Boots, Topshop, BhS and River Island, with new tenants recently signed including Stylo Barratt Shoes and Allsports.
