Stiles Harold Williams, acting on behalf of James Smith Estates, have let the third floor of Norwood House, Dyke Road, Brighton to Brighton YMCA.

Only one floor is currently available in the building, which extends to approximately 1,010 sq ft and is available on a new lease at a quoting rent of £13,130 per annum.
