Goldenberg and Company - Offices Sale - Bristol Parkway North

A joint venture between Princeton Investments PLC and London Freeholds PLC has acquired the freehold interest in Parkland, Bristol Parkway North, Stoke Gifford in Bristol for £3,230,000 from GE Capital Ltd.
The Bristol property is located on the Southern Edge of Bristol Parkway North, which is a 40 acre business park. It comprises approximately 27,000 sq ft of offices and is let until March 2016 to Crest Nicholson PLC at a passing rent of £9.84 per square foot. The income is reversionary, rents at Bristol Business Park currently stand in the order of £17.50-£20 per square foot.
Goldenberg and Company acted for the joint venture in the acquisition and Milner Moffitt for GE Capital.
