Stiles Harold Williams, acting on behalf of Allied Dunbar, have let approximately 2,865 sq ft of offices at Lyndean House, Queens Road, Brighton to Allsop Residential Investment Management (ARIM), who required the premises as part of their expansion programme.

A new 10-year lease has been granted at a rent of £34,380 per annum. The offices have recently been refurbished by Allied Dunbar, including a new suspended ceiling, cat 2 lighting and carpeting.
