Bathstore.com, the largest independent bathroom specialist retailer is now set to expand following the purchase of a 76,000 sq ft warehouse in the Midlands.

They have acquired warehouse / factory premises at Oldbury Road, West Bromwich, which was formerly occupied by Sinclair Pet Foods. The premises, which are located less than two miles from junction one of the M5 motorway, gives direct access throughout the UK and will become the company’s main distribution depot.

Hartnell Taylor Cook advised Bathstore .com on the purchase of the freehold interest for £1.75 million.

Bathstore.com has over 20 stores located throughout the UK and have plans to implement an aggressive expansion plan to increase the number of their stores to 100.
