Stiles Harold Williams, acting on behalf of Avery Berkel Ltd, has agreed an assignment of their existing lease of warehouse accommodation at Unit 4 Victoria Industrial Estate, Victoria Road, Portslade to BSS Group.
The premises, which extend to approximately 2,405 sq ft, are currently let at a rental of £16,500 per annum on a lease expiring in March 2007.
