Leading north-west developer, Barlows, has let Unit 5, Manchester Industrial Centre to The Library Theatre Company.

The Library Theatre Company, which is part of Manchester City Council, will be re-locating to the 924.35 sq m (9,950 sq ft) unit after agreeing a three-year lease for the space at a rent equating to £48.44 per sq m (£4.40 per sq ft).

Stuart Murray, associate of FPDSavills who jointly advised Barlows, comments :”The Library Theatre Company’s move to the scheme was due to a re-shuffle of space by the council to accommodate the Commonwealth Games. The Library Theatre Company’s old space in Wythenshawe was used for the boxing tournament.”

The Library Theatre Company will use the new unit for the storage of costumes and set designs.
