Currently a procedure is going off for issuance to “Intertime Continental” of the same “Use Permission” for some more of its buildings, located in the housing estate “Mladost”, “Lozenetz” district, "Ivan Vazov" district, "Tsar Assen" St., "Portolagos" St. and "Iztok" district. Now the company is starting the construction of new buildings in “Strelbishte” and “Iztok” districts, in the Medical Academy region and in “Lozenetz” district, near the Government’s Hospital, "Mladost" district, and downtown – in Valcovich St. The company is working constantly for improvement of its management and organization and established the most detailed system in the branch for assigning and reporting on tasks and construction-assembling works. In the Marketing & Sales field, the company applies the state-of-the-art American technology Business Direct, speeding its development.
