Services Catering Consultants working to promote the aims of the catering operation within the Design Team
Description As specialist Catering Designers/Consultants, with a broad base of knowledge from many years in the design field, and prior to that in practical operational catering management, Hepburn Associates have been involved in designing and consulting on many catering facility projects. These include
traditional hotels, hospitals and schools, Blue Chip staff restaurants,contract catering operations, Public Sector catering, and Airport/Airline Catering Projects.

We offer initial schematic drawings, service schedules and costings, through to complete tender packages with full service layouts and elevation drawings, room data sheets, and specialist fabrication drawings where required. (Example services and layout drawing also available on request).

Working as part of the Design Team or directly for the Client we would then review the bids and oversee the successful Main Contractor and Catering Equipment Supplier on your behalf to ensure compliance and best working practices are met.
