Description	Cityscape 2005 - 20th - 21st of Septemeber Building Design Centre Cityscape 2005 is an exhibition focused on showcasing those products and services which contribute to the physical regeneration and development of our towns, cities and suburbs. Cityscape focuses on innovation, and on products and services which support the vision of sustainability and the improvement of the public realm, those areas between buildings, the pedestrian environment comprising our open spaces, parks, squares, riverbanks, pavements and so on…they provide the veins and arteries of a sustainable environment, and create the vitality which is so essential to the establishment neighbourhoods and communities in which people want to live (rather than from which they want to escape). Cityscape 2005 is also a conference which debates the hot issues of the future of our towns, cities and suburbs. The latest issues in policy, delivery, design and construction will be covered through multi-streamed conferences and workshops, and brings together the professionals working in all aspects of urban design and development. The 2005 event follows on from the highly acclaimed inaugural Cityscape in 2004, held at the Old Truman Brewery in London. Cityscape 2005 is supported by RIBA, RICS, CABE, Town and Country Planning Association and the Landscape Institute
