Services	The monthly price includes car parking, business rates, rent, heat, light, power, water, service charge, 24-hour access, 24-hour security and fire systems, receptionist, answering of incoming telephone calls, sorting and distribution of mail, receiving of incoming parcels, furniture as required, daily cleaning, on-site maintenance, building insurance, coffee and tea, use of communal areas, lift, window cleaning, gardening & landscaping, refuse clearing, general signage, and health & safety management. Any additional services such as outgoing telephone calls, franking of mail, photocopying etc is charged on an as used basis. You are however more than welcome to install your own telephone lines/system should you wish.
Description	Office Space Business Centres currently operate Singleton Court Business Park in Monmouth. The Centre is located on the outskirts of Monmouth town, yet easily accessible to the dual-carriageways leading directly to two of the UK’s main motorways providing fast and direct links to business capitals in South Wales, the Midlands, the South West, Thames Valley and London. Office sizes range from 1 to 50 persons and all come complete with its own telephone line(s) direct from our main switchboard. Office Space Ltd are also currently developing a new, low energy, passive ventilated serviced office centre in Chepstow, which will be the first of its kind in the area. This is due for completion February 2007 and will be fully equipped with all the technology required from businesses today.
