Description	We offer a comprehensive range of commercial and industrial property maintenance services. These are designed to match your specific requirements from replacing a lock, to complete office move or overhaul; we customize them to meet your specifications. We are able to meet the requirements of all our clients through good planning, communications, and offer a quality reliable & efficient service with excellent workmanship from start to finish at the most competitive rate please see below. How we work, we offer this service to the small to medium sized company who has a requirement for a Maintenance Department but can not justify the cost of running one. The cost, a set monthly fee of £200, gives your company the use of one our service professionals for one day per month it can be carried forward for 3 months and can be used in a block to do larger projects. All materials are supplied at cost. We hold accounts with a large number of suppliers we pass these substantial saving on to you to be invoiced at end of every month.
