Services	Aperio offers a unique software platform called AperioWare™ which makes it as easy as possible and free of charge for everyone in a real estate business, whether a “multi-national” or a “one-man band”, to obtain a suite of tools for analysis, appraisal, valuation and reporting of real estate investments and developments, featuring SmartCells, Virtual Portfolios and SmartReports. The customer downloads for free any number of AperioWare™ products in as many locations and on as many computers as they like. A small day-rate (currently £5/$10/€7) is charged only when the products are used, this charge applies to all products not each. There is no basic, minimum or standing charge and no extra charges for support and initial training. Currently available on the AperioWare™ platform is; APERIO Analyst, APERIO Prime Developer, APERIO Prime Investor and APERIO IQ (formerly known as Prime Search).
