Services	At present our portfolio encompasses the Midlands and the South of England and we have so far resisted the demand to expand further a field, which would result in us not keeping to our contractual response times of 1 hour for trapped passengers and 2 hours for a normal breakdown. We are able to provide bespoke contracts catering for the needs of our customers as well the industry standard contracts, Basic, Intermediate and Comprehensive. We are able to provide risk assessments, passenger release training and basic lift training as part of our contracts. We have recently invested in a computerised management system, which enables us to instantly produce reports, statistics, method statements, risk assessments and programmes as and when required.
Description	The swift lift Co is one of the few remaining medium sized independent lift companies in the Uk. We have a portfolio of over two and a half thousand lifts of all makes and types and being full members of LEIA we are able to source parts for all different manufactured lifts. We have 17 directly employed service engineers; hand picked from the major lift companies, like Otis, Kone and Schindler. This allows us to confidently quote for any lift and portfolio includes mobility stairlift right through to high-speed gearless lifts and some of London's best known buildings and with some of the best known companies in the Uk.
