- Two office lettings prior to launch at 2 Idol Lance EC3

Savills has agreed two new lettings at 2 Idol Lane, London EC3 on behalf of London & Oriental.
Recruitment consultant Blayze Group has agreed to a new 10-year lease on 2,907 sq ft (270 sq m) on the first floor, paying £61.50 per sq ft (£662 per sq m). On the fourth floor DIF, the independent fund management company, will take a new 5-year lease on 2,676 sq ft (249 sq m) paying £66 per sq ft (£710 per sq m).
James Gillett, director in the Central London team at Savills, comments: "2 Idol Lane has undergone a full and extensive refurbishment to offer new Grade A office space with a contemporary style and strong location. Blayze is relocating from offices in St James's, DIF is relocating from offices in the Gherkin, and both deals were agreed prior to the launch of the building, signalling the quality of design."
The fully refurbished building totals 13,760 sq ft (1,278 sq m) over five floors. With quoting rents starting at £67.50 per sq ft (£727 sq m), 8,177 sq ft (760 sq m) of Grade A office space remains available.
