Premier Outlets Center is the first traditional outlet center in Hungary. The opening in November 2004 was an instant success, as this was the first opportunity for Hungarian shoppers to experience a new
development, based on the real outlet concept, where genuine world famous brands were available at a fraction of the original or the retail price.
The scheme’s visitors are predominantly from Budapest and Pest County. In 2005 over 1,8 million people visited the Center and footfall is maintained despite the turndown of the market. The catchment area reaches over 6 million people within 90 minutes drive.
Premier Outlets Center was built in three phases on 22,000 sqm in total comprising almost 100 retail units and 2000 free parking spaces. The first two phases total approximately 16,000 sqm with 76 retail units. The first phase was handed over in November 2004, the second phase opened in August 2006.
The Center is mainly fashion-focused with tenants including Nike, Adidas, Fila, Mango, Mexx, Benetton, Pepe Jeans, Puma, Levi’s, Calvin Klein, Replay, Retro, Champion, Calzedonia, Sarar.
The shops of the leading local, national and international brands also offer quality clothing, footwear and leisure time products.
