• 2007 Bristol office investment transactions totalled £160 million, down 64% on the
2006 total of £450 million. The average three and five year transactional totals are £285
million and £248 million respectively.
• The average transaction size was £6.1 million (£16 million in 2006).
• The total number of individual transactions remained consistent.
• IPD South West office total returns in 2007 were -5.6%.
