Abstract:
In conjunction with Europroperty Nelson Bakewell have conducted their first Occupier Sentiment Survey's. The survey was conducted amongst real estate executives from some of the world's leading corporations to research current and future trends from an occupier's perspective.

The survey confirmed several talked about trends such as two thirds of respondents saying they had no plans to increase floor space in the next 24 months with companies preferring to use vacant space or occupy space more efficiently.
